In this article we compare the conception that a representative sample of preservice teachers (PTs) of Physical Education (PE) from the Faculty of Murcia and the rest of Faculties of Spain have about several aspects of PE planning. We used a Likert questionnaire with thirteen dimensions divided in 38 ítems, graduated in a scale from 0 (totally in disagree) to 100 (totally agree). We analyze the data using the statistical software SPSS 13.0. package. The results indicate that the PTs of Murcia value when planning PE in greater measurement than the rest of PTs of Spain some aspects such as the characteristics of the students, the awareness of the relation EF-health, the creation of habits of physical practice, the experience and satisfaction of the student, the development of the condition physical-health and the coordinativas motor qualities. All these differences were significant. At the same time the PTs of Murcia showed more disposition to write the planning, had less doubts about it, and showed more satisfaction by the planning they did. The improvisation in PE classes caused by not planning before, appear in both cases.
