The present study inserts itself in the Line of Politics and Administration of the Education ofthe Program of Masters degree in Education of the Federal University of Uberlândia and it hasas central theme the democratic administration in the education and their changes in theorganizational culture of the mineiras schools in the context of the education politics of theyears of 1990. This objective is to analyze the implications in the organizational culture of theschool, the mechanisms implemented on behalf of the democratization of the administrationof the public school, especially the school directors' election, the school collegiate and thepolitical-pedagogic project, in the context of the education politics of Minas Gerais in theyears of 1990. This intends to analyze still as those mechanisms have been interfering in theorganizational culture of the state public school, with base in the perception of the subjectsthat they build that school, in the daily of their practices, relationships and interactions. In thatsense, it was looked for to apprehend the outlines that have been assuming some elements ofthe invisibility area and of the area of visibility of the organizational culture of the school andthe relationship among the endogenous and exogenous factors that contribute to theproduction of that culture, front to the mechanisms of democratization of the schooladministration highlighted above. As for the methodological aspect, this study is of stampinvestigative and it inserts itself in the field of the qualitative research, for believing that thetransport of the research in that methodological field makes possible the researcher to build amore global and articulate vision of the investigated object and it relationship with thesociocultural, political and economical aspects. The investigated school organization is part ofthe state public net of teaching placed in the municipal district of Uberlândia-MG and itassists to the fundamental and medium levels of education. The choice of such anorganization took into account the largest time of implementation of the mechanisms ofdemocratization of the school administration. In the data collection process, the usedinstrument was the semi-structured interview. The studies in the field of the organizationalculture evidence that an important dimension to be considered in the analyses on the schoolorganization of work refers to the dimensions don't form the structure of the school. What thatthe school is, their guidelines, its operation dynamics, it?s not just put by the norms and rulesthat give them sustentation, but also for the values, faiths and ideologies that permeate theperformance of the subjects that they participate in it. It was evidenced, also, that for anappropriate understanding of the school work, although the analysis of aspects is privilegedmore directly linked to the school organization, it is necessary to have present that thatorganization is defined conditioned by the factors exogenous that they permeate the school.The studies on the organizational culture of the school make possible to apprehend theidentity of the school, however without taking it in an isolated way, once it appears for thearticulation among that identity and the partner-historical conditioner that engender the schoolorganization. |
