The diverse organizations had suffered with the constant changes in these last times, this made with that they searched new forms of, to be adapted, but mainly not only to become competitive. Structuralized in this new model - dryied and more agile - they turn over it the search orientation. Those individuals that, through a detailed mapping of the organizational environment and counting on the contribution in that they compose it, they had obtained to redefining priorities and to grow, had been perceived as leader. In this work, one will search to understand as a native of São Paulo family organization obtained, through one definitive style of leadership, to be inside distinguished of a sector of intense competition and innumerable competitors.It will approach, not only the central figure of the organization, but also history and the way as if it delineates such style in the internal culture of the company, analyzing as this trajectory of innovation and growth through the years, was influenced by this important organizational factor, that is the leadership.
