The current scene of the Information Technology (IT) points a trend of integration of the heterogeneous databases and the emergency of a model of cooperative work between groups in corporative environments. An increasing demand of the users perceived in the groups that use of devoid applications business-oriented of bigger freedom and flexibility in the use of the resources of IT, and for the disruption with the model of static workstations, not mobile. Such demand points in the direction of dynamic solutions that available the mobile computational resources, with increments in the levels of sharing and cooperatividade. This work presents an analysis on the alterations in the form of interaction of groups of users, on the basis of the use of applications of CSCW (cooperative work supported by computer) and of the mobile solutions of conectivity in IT, providing speculative measurement on the subject. Projects developed in the TIM Bahia and the SRE are presented - Secretaria de Receita Estadual da Paraíba, being, such used studies of case as the base of the methodology strategy of the research and source of empirical information through the comment of the same ones. The final analysis demonstrated that, in reply to the demand for hiperconectivity and co-operativity, IT it has offered to cooperative applications in hiperconectivity environments composites for intranets, extranets, security, connections wireless, and videoconferency. This set of technologies presents resulted satisfactory to the yearnings of the users of the corporations analyzed for the study, when locating them in an environment where the dynamics of the interactions and the consistency of the relations (critical factors in the environment business-oriented) if show functionaries and optimized.
