The present dissertation, called Geofagia: ceramics corpus hibridus corpus, presents an analysis about ceramic as a contemporary visual language, result of the desconstruction of this ?ancient? tecnique. Through the studi experimentation, research and reflections of the body of work done during a period of time, it was possible to see a great possibility to make a hibridization of ceramic, photography and performance. Therefore, the body took a more important place and reference in this investigation.Besides clay, other materials and elements were also researched, as well as object andinstalation, all of them dialoging with concepts of impression,permanence/impermanence, memory, space and time. The methodology was based on the Poiesis, a specific methodology in visual arts. The theorical part was based onauthors, such as Gaston Bachelard, Roland Barthes, Henri Bergson and Georges Didi-Huberman. |
