This study approaches the concepts of People Management and of Knowledge Management as well as the construction beddings of a Corporate University, aiming to be a differential of excellence of organizational quality and competitiveness. A great importance is given to the needs for a strategical alignment of each Corporate University with its own organization, having people excellence as a mean to reach success, getting the expected business results, keeping Vision and Mission as strong and structured guides and sustaining the satisfaction of the final client as a must. The study of Corporate University Embasa (UCE), its structural components and its current performance are seen under the lights of these concepts.
