This paper contains studies about the Professional Education reform and organization basedon LDB nº9394/96 Law, and the changes caused by the Federal Act nº 2208/97. TheProfessional Education was analyzed inserted on the Global Capitalism, its specificsimplication on education and on workerâ??s training, and if it allows the admission in the laborsystem and technical courses. The historical-dialetic materialism was used as a theoreticalreference, and as well as the qualitative research that purposes to investigate the man as asocial and historical being inserted on social relations, and favors the reality comprehensionand the subjective factors, as well as the context in which the phenomenon happens. For doingit, it was developed four chapters. The first one discussed the evolution process and the labordivision on the first phases of the capitalism development. The second analyzed the arising,growing and the different education purposes in the context of capitalism and liberalism. Thethird showed how it is going on the workerâ??s education on the global system, and alsoanalyzed the Professional Education in the current world. The fourth chapter, which analyzesthe datum obtained in a research performed on technical courses, shows a trend to informallabor relations, and also shows that the conclusion of a technical course doesnâ??t assure theentrance on laborâ??s system, and contributes only in few aspects to social comprehension inwhich the workers are inserted.
