Descripción: Long-term out-patients suffering from head injuries complain of various disturbances due to : cerebral organic disorder or functional disorder or individual personality disorder. The authors performed CMI test to the 300 long-term out-patients in order to evaluate how much the hypochondrical traid related to their complains. These are summarized as follows : 1) Pattern distribution of CMI test in the examined patients quite resembles those of the pattern which was aquired among the psychosomatic, for example, the peptic ulcer, the hypertention and etc. On the other hand, it greatly differs from those of the normal, or the neurotic. 2) The patients which belong to the traumatic type I & II and III & IV group of CMI with abnormal electroencephalograms show hypochondrial tendencies. Their complaints seem to be influenced mainly by each basic personality and not only to psycho-social factors.
