Descripción: This paper is about the application of socioeducative measure
for vulnerable adolescents. The purpose of this study was to
investigate how adolescents, their families and the institutions
involved mean the measure of protection and the socioeducative measure of assisted freedom. It is a qualitative research and the method was the analysis of
paste of three teenagers: incomplete basic education, low family income, infractions like drug
trafficking, theft. Results of documents reviewed point to a systematic dismantling of the
System of Rights Guarantees that attends the teenager who received both measures, causing
serious implications for the situation of rights violations experienced as well as to overcome
the context that led to the practice of infraction. It was possible to identify that the protective
measures receive an episodic and isolated supervision, leading the adolescent to major
vulnerability.
