Presentación de la información en entrevistas de la radio pública española - Morales López, Esperanza
El objetivo de este trabajo es el análisis de las diferentes prácticas simbólicas construidas por el entrevistador para la presentación de la información en una serie de entrevistas en la radio pública, durante los años 1994 y 1996. Ausencia de contexto, universalización, heteroglosia, topicalización, narrativización de los hechos y diversas figuras retóricas constituyen la relación de tales estrategias mencionadas. Por medio de estos mecanismos lingüístico-discursivos, el entrevistador consigue cumplir dos funciones sociales más amplias; por un lado, la defensa de la imagen en tanto portavoz de una institución de carácter público; con ello pretende realizar el difícil juego de equilibrio...

This work is the result of the discursive research carried out at a company involved in a restructuring programme, aimed at implementing a series of changes following the awarding of a new contract for the management of the citys water supply and sewerage system. This change in management from a public (the City Hall) to a semi-private enterprise resulted in a great deal of confusion among certain sectors of the population. The aim of our paper is to analyse two political speeches, delivered in the Spanish Parliament, during the Debate on the State of the Nation (1995). The speakers are the leaders of the two major parties: President González (of the Socialist Party, at that time in power) and Mr. Aznar (of the conservative party, Partido Popular). In our analysis, we try to conciliate the legacy of Rhetorics tradition and the modern discipline of Discourse Analysis.
