In may 2007, the ULg's Administrative Board (joined in June 2007 by the FUSAGx) decided to create an institutional repository and defined a strong institutional self-archiving policy to increase the visibility, accessibility and impact of the University's publications (Board's decision). This decision led to the official launch, in November 2008, of the ORBi platform including both the Academic Bibliography and the Institutional Repository of the Wallonia-Europe University Academy.

    DSSC is a 3rd generation photovoltaic technology with potential to economically harvest and efficiently convert photons to electricity. Full solid state-DSSC based on solid polymer electrolyte prevents the solvent leaking and evaporation during cell fabrication and operation, which will effectively prolong the cell life time.     Organic-inorganic metal halide perovskite compounds, used either in mesoscopic or planar solar cells architectures, have allowed preparing highly efficient solid-state devices (>20%). In mesoscopic solar cells, a mesoporous TiO2 scaffold is incorporated into the cells. However, because of the small pore size compared to the wavelengths of visible light, the scaffold barely scatters light. In this work, we propose to design periodically structured TiO2 scaffold from colloidal crystal templating fabrication method. Polystyrene beads with diameters comparable to visible light wavelengths are used as structuring agent.
