The present paper examines the fundamental right to a reasonable guarantee of the duration of proceedings, as explicitly set out in the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988, in section LXXVIII, article 5, as well as civil liability in the cases of a breaching of this precept. The above-mentioned section was added in the Enactment of the Constitutional Amendment number 45 dated 08.12.2004 guaranteeing for everyone, both within the judicial proceeding and the administrative proceeding, the right to a reasonable guarantee of the duration of proceedings and, moreover, the means by which its procedures are carried out the quickest way possible....

Este estudo investigou redações de alunos da educação de jovens e adultos (EJA). O trabalho está ancorado nos princípios da teoria dialógica do discurso. As concepções de Bakhtin sobre polifonia, dialogismo, autor e autoria e gêneros do discurso fundamentam o estudo, cujo enfoque central recai sobre o impacto do discurso docente na construção das redações dos alunos. Verificou-se ainda, indícios de autoria nas redações escolares, apontando os fatores que favorecem, limitam ou impedem o aluno de posicionar como autor nesse processo. This research had the objective to analyse the experience of parenthood by divorced and separated couples who chose joint custody to take care their children. The sample was intentional and compounded by six couples. Their are four couples (ex-husbands and ex-wives) and two incomplete couples (only one ex-husband and only a woman), as the total of ten people. The interviews were recorded, transcribed and submitted to Content Analyse. The themes were analysed as: how to choose this type of guard; how manage the parental responsabilities in this situation and what factors help or make difficult the maintenance of parental ties....

This work analyzes, according to Freudian texts, the route to become a woman, its contributions and impasses today. It`s in the encounter with the feminine, attempting to understand the meaning of fantasies and hysterical symptoms, that Freud found out the inconsciousness, the trauma, sex, that drove to childhood sexual experiences. Studying sexuality in perversion, we face childhood sexuality and its many-formed perverted nature. Sexuality leaves then, perversion field to come into impulse and desire field.
