Este servicio se brinda en el marco del Proyecto de Enlace de Bibliotecas (PrEBi) y significa una novedosa iniciativa en pos de la difusión a través de Internet, dentro y fuera del ámbito de la Universidad, de los conocimientos que en ella se generan para servir como vehículo de promoción y jerarquización. Los objetivos que se han planteados para SeDiCI son sumamente ambiciosos e incluyen la difusion electrónica de tesis, tesinas y disertaciones pero también de otros tipos de creaciones intelectuales, pretendiendo abarcar la ciencia, la tecnología y el arte buscando modos de presentación no solo de objetos en forma de documentos de texto sino también otros medios multimediales aptos para creaciones no documentales.

    En esta tesis, tratamos de responder a la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿Cómo realizar múltiples rutas-TCP, en comparación con el TCP tradicional? Para ello, se evaluó el desempeño de múltiples-TCP. Durante la evaluación del desempeño, que se centró en los siguientes parámetros: retardo, rendimiento, y la relación de la entrega de paquetes de extremo a extremo. Se evaluó el impacto de ancho de banda de enlace y número de buffers en la cola de los parámetros de rendimiento antes mencionados.

  3. Evaluation of high performance computing platforms for drug discovery

    In my dissertation, we evaluate the current landscape of computation, using as a case study a high-impact problem for society as virtual screening. Virtual screening is a computational tool extensively used for drug discovery. The study has covered all processing levels, starting with an extensive analysis of the different commercially available alternatives at chip level, through their evaluation in a cluster environment, to scale to cloud computing and volunteer computing levels.
