[EN] This paper addresses the development and validation of rubrics, materials and situations for the assessment of innovation competence. Research was carried out to verify the viability of the first draft of the assessment criteria, which led to refinement of the criteria and proposals to enhance the ensuing validation process that will include students and raters of different language backgrounds.

[EN] Given the need to provide proof of the quality of research done and the impact that
publications have in the professional and academic environment, researchers increasingly
need to become acquainted with the different tools that exist. The objective of this paper is to systematize and review the main resources that give indications of the quality of research that are currently accepted by the scientific-academic community.
[EN] The main goal of this article is to investigate the relationships between high involvement
work practices (HIWP) and the results perceived by managers of the companies using them.
In the research we identify both the meta-analyses and the literature reviews done in the last
