  1. France Beyond Borders Study Abroad

    Cunningham, Sarah
The objective of this STEP project was to think critically about multiculturalism, immigration, and identity in France and its bordering countries, Spain and Belgium while on a May semester study abroad trip to those three countries. There was also a focus on the increasingly integrated global community, issues with European immigration, and how to engage in cross-cultural dialogue in global contexts.

There they live under appalling conditions without neither actual living area provided by government nor any needed facilities. I lived in Dharamsala for three weeks in the CCS Home-Base with staff members and fellow volunteers. I specifically worked with the kids age from 3-5 years old, teaching them basic English...

In 2017, pharmacy undergraduates and PharmD students came together to learn about the both the pharmacy system and the culture of London. It is a beautiful city that implements several programs that the U.S. pharmacy system can benefit from. There is always room for growth, and learning from other nations is an important step in achieving it.

  20. Agricultural Communications Study Abroad

    Baiocchi, Danielle
Over the span of two weeks, myself and 27 other students from Ohio State, University of Arkansas, and University of Nebraska visited cities throughout Scotland and England to grasp a better understanding of the agricultural culture in the United Kingdom. Throughout the 2 weeks abroad, we visited a handful of farms and agricultural publications to experience the agricultural industry in the UK, first hand. This study abroad program was transformative in the way that it challenged my previous beliefs on animal agriculture.
